API Updates - April 2023
- CTI/Mini Dialer Ringing > Caller ID
Contact and Target objects have been added to the CTI Ringing payload. Contact contains the information from the Caller and Target contains the information of the Dialpad Agent. This can be used to create front end workflows with the CTI without a webhook.
