API Updates - October 2022

  • Call Router > Support for Locale
    Call Routers now support a locale parameters to be added to the responses for Ask and End command. This allows the Call Router to vocalize the text in different languages and accents. Additional documentation available here.

  • Contact Event Subscription > Local Contacts
    Contact Event Subscription now allow to subscribe for notifications about new or modified company local contacts. These are limited to the contacts owned by the company, not specific by users.
