Set DND via API
Currently, it appears as if you cannot set DND via the API. Is anyone aware of plans to change that?
Launch Dialpad App or CTI with specific Contact open
I'm looking to have a button on my website that open a specific contact in the dialpad app. The only information I could find on this is in https://developers.dialpad.com/docs/app-launch-urls, which has limited documentation. What I'm looking to do is have a chat button that opens the dialpad app to a specific contact for sending messages.

Sandbox account dialer CTI unable to login (403)
Currently we are using dialpad sandbox account. We were also using the dialpad CTI mini dialer in one of our app. Today i reset the password of my sandbox account. Password reset was successful. Now if i tried to login into the cti mini dialer, even if i enter the correct credentials i am getting a 404 error stating Invalid redirect URI

Is there currently a way to set up a webhook and subscription for Users like there is for Shared Contacts? I tried setting up a Change Log subscription to see if the details were included in that but I don't believe they are.
desktop integration
I wanna create a desktop app to integrate with the dialpad desktop client, after reading the doc, I think Token Generation via OAuth approach is the way to go. But, How can I provide Redirect URIs (one per line) * with localhost not allowed, do I need to host additional back-end service in order to do so, or there is another option for the desktop app integration

Create Contact under Department
How do I create a contact under a department? The Create Contact has a "owner_id" field but it does not accept a department id. The "trunk_group" does not do anything.
