API using Zapier to transfer call data to a Google Sheet
Hi. I wanted to transfer my call analytics such as number of calls made per day, inbound and outbound, and call length over to a google sheet at the end of the day. I have tried using Zapier to do so, but I can not find the correct variables to utilise and use to transfer them over. Where do I look for them? Or is there another way to do this?
Retrieving Call Journey through API
Is their a way to relate the call events coming from the websocket to recreate the call journey? We are trying to programmatically access and save each audio recording from customers calling our sales team, however, because of the way dialpad uses call legs, there are numerous call events that come across for each interaction (i.e. a transfer from one department to another creates a separate call leg and recording id).
Subscription event sending for disabled departments
I have a subscription setup to send a webhook when there is a missed call or voicemail for a specific department. Months ago we had a menu that the client could route to 3 other departments. Those other departments have been "deleted"/disabled months ago but it seems as though when an event is triggered it is sending 3 webhooks as if those other departments are still enabled. It doesn't appear to be a way to actually delete those other departments, is there a way to only have it trigger the webhook once for that main department?

API reponses default limit to 10 items
All my API reponses are limited to 10 items by default. How can I always pull all items for my calls?

Agent Status
Is there a way to make an agent unavailable via the REST api? I only saw being able to set DND on.
Please prioritize Dark Mode.
It's the only app we use that is stuck in bright white. I see numerous requests for it and over a year ago it was "on the back burner"
