Recently released new APIs and improvements.

* Call Center > Operator Skill > Update and Get
Set and get skill level for a specified User ID and Call Center ID.

* Call Center > Call Center Status > Get
Returns the queue capacity for a specified Call Center ID. Pending refers to the number of calls waiting in queue and Capacity refers to the number of agents available.

* Office > Create
Creates a secondary office and allows for a pre-defined settings such as hours of operation, ring time and call routing options. This API only allows to create secondary offices once the company and main office have been configured in the Dialpad account.
Warning: creating Offices will affect your billing plan.
