Possible to integrate into Salesforce using apex

I'm looking to integrate the IVR with my Salesforce
Example
when a call comes to mainline if the caller number is saved in my salesforce contact it will be routed to a specific number if not it will be routed to a different number, is that possible to be done using Apex? if yes is there any help documentation can you share?
