Call Records - From Today

We have a Call Record request that is running every 30 minutes to grab today's phone calls, using the is_today flag from Stats. Recently it appears that the request is running long, and I mean REALLY long.

The request I've been debugging with today has now been in Processing for over 2.5 hours.

Is anyone else running into this, or have any idea what the root cause might be?
