contact added API is not recognised on incoming call

hey folks,

I am new to dialpad API.

Just trying to add certain contacts via API. I am expecting the contact information will be visible when this person calls our dialpad number.

But for some reason dialpad doesnt identify this contact.

Has anyone run into similar problem with Australian phone numbers ?
