When are agent status events triggered?

Hello,

While testing the Agent Status event subscriptions, I'm seeing that the agent status event is triggered in a couple of cases:

  1. When an agent transitions between On/Off Duty
  2. When an agent toggles DND on/off at the Contact Center level (toggling DND at the User level does not appear to trigger an agent status event)

Is this correct? And are there any other actions that will trigger an agent status event, such as an Admin removing a User from a contact center, while that User is still On Duty?
