How can i break line in order to send Sms with API

I want to send SMS like below.

Example;- "We will need you to sign our TOS Agreement.

This agreement is a service contract to allow SQ to work with you through your patient journey.

Use the link provided to sign the Terms of Service Agreement. Please let me know if you have any questions or need assistance."
