Our company wants to send text messages automatically after certain actions and triggers based on customer activity. We have a development team that can build API Keys, although we just need somewhere to start. We have tools like Zapier, Salesforce and HubSpot that we can use for this project if necessary.

We just want templated texts that act the same way as transactional emails. This is not a mass texting inquiry.

For example: After a customer takes an action, like submitting an application, a text message would automatically be sent to the customer making them aware that their application has been accepted.

Any insight and ideas would be greatly appreciated.
