Exporting call recordings

We work with a 3rd party call analytics company that takes our call recordings and analyzes them on their platform. We just switched to Dialpad and are looking to see how we can do the same here.

What we are trying to do is pull out call recordings in a wav format preferably or at the highest quality that we can. Any suggestions on where to start?
