Dialpad CTI - Outgoing call event

Currently from the dialpad CTI docs, I could see that there is an event that dialpad sends for incoming call - https://developers.dialpad.com/docs/dialpad-mini-dialer#call_ringing

Similarly, is there an event that is sent while call is initiated from the dialer?

Our use case is to have some front end workflows (without webhook) based on the incoming and outgoing call events.
