Is Voicemail Drop feature will work with ACT CRM using API?

Hello Team,

Basically we are looking for solution where we can trigger our API while detecting Voicemail on CRM Agent side and auto drop prerecorded voicemail message to the caller to enhance our Call Center Calling ration.

So please help us with same and guide us if any third party service we can purchase to achieve this.
