Request: Add webhook to receive transcription & AI summary
We're a software powered real estate brokerage that just started using dialpad to manage communication between our agents, external agents, and our clients. One thing we constantly get asked about by our clients is transparency in how we're communicating how our agents sell our client properties.
I would like to have a webhook where after a call is complete the transcription and the ai summary along with metadata (the number who called, duration, etc.) are sent to our system so we can parse that and surface it to our clients through our portal. We would have to have a unique number for each property so that we can know where to route the data but that is something we can work around.
My guess is this would be as simple as adding an outbound post api to our webhook in the process of saving the transcription and ai summary in your system but I could be wrong.
Would love to see this in dialpad and it would also allow us to justify provisioning dozens to potentially hundreds more number through dialpad.
