How to show a caller info in a popup in the same dialpad UI app screen, instead of in a new browser tab, on inbound call event

Hi Dialpad Support Team,

I need your help.

Our client is using Dialpad UI app for handling customer calls.

When an inbound call is happening, our Client Call Center Agent is presented with caller's demographics and other required information. This information is shown in a new tab in the same browser window, instead of a popup. Its difficult for the agent to navigate between two tabs -i.e. Dialpad UI App and Caller Info UI App.

Client wants to fix this issue, by opening the Caller Info UI App, in a popup /iframe/panel embedded right side, within the Dialpad UI App screen itself.

Do we need to do any settings change/add a new parameter, in the URL for On Inbound events under Office Settings, to show as a popup.

Please suggest.
