Cannot create subscription due to conflict

Hi,

I am trying to create a subscription, but it is giving me an error:

You have created an event subscription vfbXdhMurLAxSLZsnuKtWmR3b_call_8f788ede26c8244cdb79d1ca6e3ffc86 with same target and overlapping filters. Please do not create duplicated event subscriptions.

This does not seem like a subscription ID,

and when I list subscriptions nothing like it comes up.
