Email notifications not working for department
When a call to the department goes unanswered, it is directed to voicemail, and department members should receive an email notification when a voicemail is left. However, the email notifications have stopped being delivered, even though members can still access and listen to the voicemails through their Dialpad app.
The issue is specific to the email notifications. In the department's call routing settings, we have configured the "Directly to Voicemail" option as the fallback, and it states that operators will receive notifications when a voicemail is left. Since operators are assigned to the department, they should be receiving these notifications, but they are not.
Could you please investigate why the email notifications are not being sent and suggest a resolution?
