Feature Request: Forwarded Voicemails delivered to recipients Inbox
When users forward a voicemail through Dialpad, the recipient receives an email notification with a transcript and a link to listen to the message. However, the forwarded voicemail does not appear in the recipient's Dialpad softphone inbox. This behavior creates the following issues:
Users often adjust their email notification settings due to the high volume of emails received from Dialpad, leading to missed forwarded voicemails.
The reliance on email rather than the Dialpad application for voicemail forwarding disrupts user workflow and client communication.
Users may struggle to track and resolve forwarded voicemails effectively since they do not appear in the app.
We request the implementation of an improved voicemail forwarding system in Dialpad with the forwarded voicemails appearing in the Dialpad inbox rather than being solely reliant on email notifications.
