SMS log | Inquiry About SMS API Logs Visibility

Dear Dialpad Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

We are currently using the Dialpad API to send SMS messages. However, we have noticed that SMS messages sent via the API do not appear in our admin logs or reporting dashboard. Could you please explain why these messages are not visible and if there is any way to access the logs for SMS sent through the API?

We have verified that our API key and sending phone number are correctly configured. Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
