Dialpad generates duplicates on creating a contact via REST API

The Dialpad generates a duplicate after a fews seconds as I create a contact in Dialpad using it's REST API (POST) call. Moreover, the 'id' of the duplicate contacts is in this format:

𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁: 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘱𝘰𝘰𝘭𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘺:{𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘐𝘥}𝘶𝘪𝘥_{𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘐𝘥}

𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲: shared_contact_pool_Company:5956508342976511_uid_4578593930641401

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The companyId (i.e., 5956508342976512) is my company's Dialpad id and the actualContactId (i.e., 4578593930641408) is the id of the same contact that was initially created by the flow.

I want to know:

𝗮) Why Dialpad is generating duplicates?
𝗯) How can I avoid or disable duplicates' creation?
