Why is the recap_summary subscription webhook firing twice?

We set up a zapier integration that listens for the webhook for the call event recap_summary

Every time we receive a call at the end this webhook appears to fire twice and it gets logged twice in zapier thus creating 2 notes on the customer record in our CRM. Has anyone else encountered this and how can we fix it?
