Identify User from a Call

How do you identify the user_ids associated in a call https://dialpad.com/api/v2/call/? I have tried looking at the internal_number, the operator_call_id, and the target.

It is all pointing to the call center, but when I pull the transcript using https://dialpad.com/api/v2/transcripts it pulls the correct user_id for each line.
