I have connected zapier and Dialpad. I am using the call state "hangup" and "transcription" in the zap. Then I am using zapier AI with the input field of "transcription text". The goal is to have Zapier analyze the call transcription and extract a list of action items or tasks that need to be completed, and assign those to an individual based on the AI's reading of the transcription. It then updates a google spreadsheet row with this information.

Does DialPad have a feature where it picks up on certain words in the conversation such as 'vat' and tag the call with vat because vat was mentioned x amount of times?
