Send sms API tiers and non-Pro Users

As mentioned elsewhere, the send SMS API mentions two different rate limits depending on the tier. How do i know what tier I am?
https://developers.dialpad.com/reference/smssend tells us that it is either 100/min for Tier 0 or 800/min for Tier 1. I do not know if those are Dialpad tiers (if so, how do I knwo what Tier mey company is) or if those refer to SMS Aggregators. If the latter, how do we know which has Dialpad set us up to use?

Screen pop to specific device

When we send a screen pop to a user, and the user has multiple devices, the pop seems to only go to the most recently logged in device, and no others. If that device happens to be a computer, it gets the pop up. If not, the pop up goes nowhere. The device that revives the pop up may or may not be the one the user is currently listing in front of

SMS Auto-reply

We only use Dialpad for voice communications and use another service for text communications. We would like the ability to auto-reply to all text messages with instructions for our customers. Your current options only allow for "'Do Not Disturb' mode" or "outside of my personal working hours". I think it makes sense to provide Dialpad users with an always-on auto-reply option.

Download call transcript CSV via API?

Is it possible to download a call transcript as a CSV via the API? (i.e. without manually using the UI)

Good day. I am testing sending SMS, but when I enter an Armenian phone number, then 400 bad request. Sending SMS to Armenia is not supported or do I need to add the country somehow?

Receiving 404 - Expected blob key for recording, none found

Getting the error "404 - Receiving 404 - Expected blob key for recording, none found" when trying to access public_access link from the create sharedrecording API, it works fine for Call Recording type, its giving this error "voicemail" type.
