Is there a way to automate Dialpad Meetings scheduling?

We used to use Zoom, but because of their recent privacy policy changes, we have switched to Dialpad Meetings. We had a Zapier automation that started in monday.com, then created a matter and contact in our legal CRM, Clio, it then created a meeting in Zoom under the specified user's account, and continued from there. Any assistance would be appreciated.

If I wanted to run analytics on the types of calls coming in what fields would be best to pull for that analysis? EX. Say a customer has praise for a product, or wants to cancel an order. Where can I find info about what the call was about.

Is there a way to bypass the call having to be answered before it routes to the intended User ID or group. Use Case Example: We have a Major Incident Team and we want them to receive a call and sms during non-business hours within Dialpad. This works, but only when the call is answered elsewhere, then it routes it to the intended User. We want to bypass that initial call and just call the user ID that is in the JSON body. Ideas?
