Hi I am not receiving any webhook requests on my webhook url from dialpad. Below is the webhook subscription config I have created.

I keep getting a forbidden error message when I try to log in to dial pad

I am at the point where we want to start using the IVR Workflow and sending an API call to another server. We have found the expert step in the IVR Workflow and are successfully making calls out to another system. But there is no information about how to use the variables in the workflow. I am trying to collect a number from the caller, and pass that along in the API. I am just looking for documentation on how to use the API call, and what Dialpad supports on return

Can the call router forward the call to an external number with contact phone number as a caller ID?

Is there currently a way to set up a webhook and subscription for Users like there is for Shared Contacts? I tried setting up a Change Log subscription to see if the details were included in that but I don't believe they are.

Since we can see undelivered messages on DialPad app, why can't we have a sms status endpoint, or a webhook everytime a sms status has changed?
