Hello! How can I get information about call centers, namely the live queue and longest waiting time? Is there an API for this?
Retrieving call notes / contact notes via API
It doesn't look like notes are part of the payload when fetching calls or contacts or receiving them via webhook events.
Agents Getting Calls After Current Call is Placed on Hold
Is there a way to place a call on hold, as an agent in a call center, and not receive incoming calls? Currently our agents place a call on hold and the system automatically marks them as available and they have not time to help the person they were just on the phone with.
All text showing undeliverable
starting about an hour ago, all my outbound texts are showing undeliverable. It’s doing this with multiple different numbers. Is this a known issue?

SMS send via API sometimes says "Undelivered" when looking at the message in Dialpad webapp
Not sure why this is happening. Maybe 1 out of 20 messages we send via SMS post using the v2 api show up in our Dialpad webapp, under the right contact, and say "Undelivered" in red font. Unsure how to get better error reporting to understand what is going on.
