Incoming Call Screen Pop Ups
Dialpad has added to my account the ability to enable screen pop ups for calls. I'm being told by Dialpad it's possible for them to create browser tab pop up for inbound calls by matching the caller ID of the inbound call with the same matching number in my CRM system, EZLynx. I've received from EZLynx the URL formatting needed to allow that to happen, and all that needs added to that URL is Dialpad's "custom phrase". Dialpad support has been working on this but every attempt has been unsuccessful and they have recommended me here to further troubleshoot the formatting.
Call event for department call from call router does not have routing_breadcrumbs
I have a call router set up with the default target as a department. When the call router number is called, the call is properly routed to the department number. However, in the call events I receive on the webhook, the routing_breadcrumbs
array is empty. Has anyone experienced this?
Trying to run schedule report with a webhook and getting back a blank body

Hold duration real time api
- It seems that real-time data obtained through the API does not include hold duration during a call. Is that correct?"
- And is it true that hold duration is displayed in real-time on the Dialpad?"

Trying to get full history behind a text message conversation
I created a subscription to the SMS event API and have all text history in our data lake. What I am trying to do is pull the history behind a text thread. Ideally there would be a "Thread ID" where if you pulled the ID, it would show every inbound and outbound message ( Think conversation ). Is there anything in this dataset that would allow it. If not, how can I recreate the conversation?
