I would like to request assistance in setting up a trigger to forward specific messages from my Dialpad account directly to my email. Specifically, I want to be notified by email immediately when a message containing certain keywords or from particular contacts is received on Dialpad.

I am getting 'undelivered - invalid recipient' error when I send text message to a customer.

I am attempting to integrate Dialpad and Pipedrive through zapier. The zapier triggers have limited scopes, which require a login to each individual user to catch calls coming through to them, which is prohibitively time consuming. I have two questions on getting around this using webhooks.

We're operating an insurance agency, and we're working with a lead vendor who provides us with inbound calls. We need to have calls coming from the lead vendor to Dialpad be identified by state. For example, if a call comes in from a 919 area code, we could identify it as North Carolina.

I'm trying to build an integration in my SaaS app that will allow the user to dial, call and carry out the phone call within my SaaS app using the dialpad api - is this possible?

I am trying to launch the dialpad app from a users laptop or from their mobile device. The Dialpad url seems to work on a mobile device, but from a windows laptop in Chrome or Edge, it just tries to search the web for it.
