Operator Idle Time

On the Dialpad dashboard screens there is a column called Status showing how long an operator has been on a call or idle. Can I get this idle time from any of the API endpoints?

30 Minute Intervals for Daily Statistics

I'd like to know how to begin on creating an API for 30 minutes intervals for Daily Statistics to output into CSV. I've never done programming like this, so I'm not even really sure where to start. I appreciate any input.
