Login 403 error message with SSO

An active user is receiving a 403 error message when logging into Dialpad with SSO. He successfully logs into his Microsoft SSO account and verification but gets a 403 error message when redirected to Dialpad. How do we resolve this issue?

Auto SMS for missed calls

Does anyone know of an app or developer working to be able to auto generate a text for a missed call? Our business has about a 70% answer rate. When a call is missed, we are hoping to have an automatic text generated to the incoming phone number to let them know we will call them right back or to get the customer to initiate a text response.

Hello there! I created a service and set up webhooks and subscriptions. I added the secret to the webhook so the webhook requests should be JWT. I created this in ASP.NET Core and i am unsure where the jwt is located. I checked the headers and have been trying to find the code in the body without any luck. Where is the jwt put in the webhook request and what is it called?

Incoming Call Screen Pop Ups

Dialpad has added to my account the ability to enable screen pop ups for calls. I'm being told by Dialpad it's possible for them to create browser tab pop up for inbound calls by matching the caller ID of the inbound call with the same matching number in my CRM system, EZLynx. I've received from EZLynx the URL formatting needed to allow that to happen, and all that needs added to that URL is Dialpad's "custom phrase". Dialpad support has been working on this but every attempt has been unsuccessful and they have recommended me here to further troubleshoot the formatting.

Call event for department call from call router does not have routing_breadcrumbs

I have a call router set up with the default target as a department. When the call router number is called, the call is properly routed to the department number. However, in the call events I receive on the webhook, the routing_breadcrumbs array is empty. Has anyone experienced this?
