I have created a NetSuite Suitelet URL and using that i created a Webhook ID through API key, then i created a SMS Event with that same Webhook ID, but still the NetSuite script is not receving any trigger from Webhook, is there some thing wrong with what i just did ?
Initiate a call when the user is already on one
Hello, I am trying to initiate a call when a user has someone on a call currently. In the user interface, if someone makes a call when someone is already on a call - Dialpad places the current caller on hold and lets the user initiate another call. When I try to replicate that functionality with the Dialpad API I get the following error message - "User is currently on a call". It is possible to have multiple simultaneous calls in the user interface but I can't replicate this functionality with the API. Has anyone found a work around for this problem?
Webhook Call History
is there a way to get a history or log of the outbound calls to my webhooks? I've created two webhooks to subscribe to incoming text messages, but our server is not seeing both hooks called consistently. Often times, both webhooks are called successfully, but a significant number of inbound messages only present to one of the two webhooks.
The ability to Suspend Users
Your support can suspend users but we as a customer can not. We have been asking our CSM for a long while for this request. We have a bunch of use cases where we need to suspend but the main one is offboarding to retain data.
End call in CTI using custom button
Hello, Is it possible to have end a call using my custom button connected to some dialpad api to end a call. i have searched through the docs and couldn't find any api for ending calls. Need help with such a feature.
