I'm using node with KoaJS and I'm trying to use a call event subscription, with secret and I can't find the JWT in the request received.

We already have a call center dashboard internally that tracks all the various email/chat queues inbound and would like to add a couple tiles around dialpad callcenter current live calls, queue depth and callback requests. The dialpad dashboard has the data we need, but we were hoping to gather a few of these metrics via the API to put them in our own dashboard. I can't quite find an endpoint that gives me that data. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Can Dialpad be integrated into a system like EZ Cap?

Note :- Chat refers to the process of communicating, interacting and/or exchanging messages with API.

We have integrated DialPad with our custom built CRM and can text directly from the CRM with no error. What I'm trying to do now is to retrieve the SMS message thread (probably on a daily basis). Ideally, we would create a script that would log on the DialPad through the API and download all messages (including body) from the previous day (inbound and outbound). I've seen the documentation on Event Subscriptions, but I require more detail if it's available.

How do we find a list of departments and IDs using the REST API?

I would love to see the after call summary and action items added to the API to be able to export these into different CRM's as customer interaction notes. Any plans to something like this added in the near future?
