I believe ACD means Automated Call Distribution as I know it. But what does it mean on the Stats report? It seems to be a time length number, but records data even outside any call queue or Ai Sales Center level inbound calls. It is in some cases slightly different than minutes on the report.

The GET method for user details will outline the group_details for every department/company and shows the proper do_not_disturb for that department (not the user). But I don't see the parameter to change that in the PATCH method to update that parameter in the groups.

Hello there! I created a service and set up webhooks and subscriptions. I added the secret to the webhook so the webhook requests should be JWT. I created this in ASP.NET Core and i am unsure where the jwt is located. I checked the headers and have been trying to find the code in the body without any luck. Where is the jwt put in the webhook request and what is it called?
