How to get id of a User Group?

I would like to get a stats endpoint to get calls only from/to a particular user group

Unable to Generate API Key

I'm on a PRO plan and unable to generate an API key. Any ideas if this is a bug or another issue?

In Your Devices -> Advanced Settings, I have unchecked the box for "Include a verification prompt to 'press 1' for forwarded calls." I still get the prompt in my forwarded device.

Error calling the screen pop API

I'm getting this error when calling the screen pop API:

Get Call Transcript API Permission?

I am trying to use the call Transcript API and I am not able to complete the request. I get a 404 error saying "not found or cannot be accessed due to insufficient permissions". The API key is corrent and I am trying multiple different call IDs with the same result. I have maxed all the permissions in the admin portal for this api key. Is there a hidden setting to turn on or does support have to turn it on?
