Adding App section to dialpad from Integration

I've built a custom integration with our CRM Vincere that is used for logging calls with clients & candidates. What i'd like to do is have a section on a contact in Dialpad that comes up when the user calls someone. This screen has the option to choose what the call is for, e.g. sales call, friday phone call, etc. That way it can be logged into our CRM rather then it just being a phone call that we can't report on.

Get Stats Request Expiry

Is there an expiry of a stats request? If so what is it? I have noticed that after generating the stats request and calling the get stats api after a while it give not found response.

How to Retrieve Information of Transferred User in 'recording' Event Payload?

I have a question regarding the payload of the "recording" event issued through a webhook after the completion of a call in an environment where automatic recording is set up for all calls, specifically in the scenario when using Talk's Pro license and receiving incoming calls from an external number to the company's representative number (or group number).
