We're operating an insurance agency, and we're working with a lead vendor who provides us with inbound calls. We need to have calls coming from the lead vendor to Dialpad be identified by state. For example, if a call comes in from a 919 area code, we could identify it as North Carolina.

I am trying to launch the dialpad app from a users laptop or from their mobile device. The Dialpad url seems to work on a mobile device, but from a windows laptop in Chrome or Edge, it just tries to search the web for it.
