Automated Text Messages

Our company wants to send text messages automatically after certain actions and triggers based on customer activity. We have a development team that can build API Keys, although we just need somewhere to start. We have tools like Zapier, Salesforce and HubSpot that we can use for this project if necessary.

Hello, i am Jose. I am building an app using dialpad sms. sending the text message using the https://developers.dialpad.com/reference#smsapi_sendsms works ok. But, exist a way to get by code the response from the final user to this message?. For example i send by api to the number "12312321" the text "hello", and this user("12312321") in his phone give me an answer "hello back". The question is. How can i get this "hello back" for create a flow. I see that exist https://developers.dialpad.com/reference#smseventsubscriptionapi_listsmseventsubscriptions

Dialpad OAuth2 return 403 response Randomly.

Hi, Im using OAuth2 authentication with Dialpad.
When Im trying to get access token from the using the ClientID, ClientSecrete and Code sometime im getting a 403 response from Dialpad API side, but sometime im getting the response as i expected (200 status with the access-token)

Auto SMS for missed calls

Does anyone know of an app or developer working to be able to auto generate a text for a missed call? Our business has about a 70% answer rate. When a call is missed, we are hoping to have an automatic text generated to the incoming phone number to let them know we will call them right back or to get the customer to initiate a text response.
