How to get users(agents) information login time, log out
Hi I need to access the information about the users or agents log in and log out dates or status changes. How can I do this using the api?
Calls from the same flow have different direction
We've noticed that occasionally we will have a call flow whose entry point segment is in one direction (i.e. outbound) but all the other segments in that call flow are in the other direction (inbound).
Is it possibe to get the agent comments with the call event record?
When we receive calls thru Dialpad the call maybe from and organization on the behalf of and individual so the incoming phone number is not the person needing our services. We can ask our agents to document the info we need in Dialpad comments to link the call to info in our system but we don't get the comments in the call details from the Dialpad API.
