Hi Dialpad Support Team,

I would like to know if it's possible to retrieve data from AI Recaps and AI Playbooks via the Dialpad API. Are there any specific endpoints available for this functionality?

We're a software powered real estate brokerage that just started using dialpad to manage communication between our agents, external agents, and our clients. One thing we constantly get asked about by our clients is transparency in how we're communicating how our agents sell our client properties.

is there a way to get a history or log of the outbound calls to my webhooks? I've created two webhooks to subscribe to incoming text messages, but our server is not seeing both hooks called consistently. Often times, both webhooks are called successfully, but a significant number of inbound messages only present to one of the two webhooks.

I know there is a functionality restriction here with Apple, but would like to know how it's possible to make it happen. We have several members who have theirs phones on silent 100% of the time and use their watches to notify instead to keep the noise down. It would be extremely helpful to have incoming calls notify to the watch!

Showing the texts in thread format would be incredibly helpful for daily use. we have several team members that utilize the messages in each department and it causes a lot of searching in the current format.
