Number Tags -- Update tags for a phone number.

Update tags for a phone number.

Requires a company admin API key.

Rate limit: 1200 per minute.

If you set a tag for do_not_call or do_not_textto true for a phone number, Dialpad clients will not send a call or text to that number.
