Meeting Room -- Create

Creates a meeting room (personal or unique meeting).

Requires scope: conference:all

Rate limit: 1200 per minute.

Optional custom meeting ID (for unique meetings).

string

Optional meeting type ('UNIQUE_MEETING' or 'PERSONAL'). If not specified, Dialpad will create based on user preferences.

The Dialpad user's id.
