Bulk Message -- List

Lists all bulk messages for the authenticated user.

Results can be paginated using the cursor parameter.

Added on Dec 28, 2025 for API v2.

Rate limit: 1200 per minute.

Pagination cursor from previous response.

int64 | null
Defaults to 20

Max results per page (default 20, max 100).

int64 | null

Optional user ID. If not provided, uses the authenticated user from API key.
